President Paudel appoints ambassadors to India and Malaysia

Kathmandu, December 18 — President Ram Chandra Paudel has appointed Dr. Shankar Prasad Sharma as the Nepali Ambassador to India and Dr. Netra Prasad Timilsina as the Nepali Ambassador to Malaysia.
He made these two appointments on Wednesday according to Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.
Dr. Sharma, who had previously served as Nepal's Ambassador to India, will now head to India to assume his responsibilities.
The President made the appointments after completing the parliamentary hearing process.
