KMC team returns after UML refuses to accept fine letter

Kathmandu, November 24 — The CPN-UML has refused to accept a letter from the Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC), which imposed a fine of 100,000 rupees as instructed by Mayor Balen Shah.
Although KMC team went to the party office in Chyasal on Sunday to deliver the letter, the UML refused to accept it.
As a result, the KMC team took the letter back and returned to their office.
