RSP leaders hold special meeting inside police custody

Kathmandu, November 11 — A meeting of the Rashtriya SwatantraParty (RSP) has been held inside police custody.

Jwala Sangroula, a central committee member of the party, posted a photo on social media, stating that a special meeting of RSP President Rabi Lamichhane, Vice Presidents Dr. Swarnim Wagley, D.P. Aryal, and Manish Jha was conducted inside the police custody.

RSP President Lamichhane has been in custody at the District Police Office in Kaski since October 19. Lamichhane is accused of embezzling cooperative funds and was arrested by the police in Kathmandu before being transferred to Pokhara for further investigation.

While Lamichhane was being prepared for transportation from Kaski to Rupandehi for further interrogation, the RSP leaders held their meeting inside custody.
