Indian Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan Resigns Amid NEET Paper Leak Controversy

New Delhi. Indian Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has resigned from his post. He was held guilty in the NEET question paper leak incident, and a protest and agitation has been ongoing at Jantar Mantar for 36 days at the call of the Cockroach Janata Party.

The protestors stated that they would not settle for anything less than Pradhan's resignation. After Pradhan's resignation, Deepak of the Cockroach Janata Party reacted, saying, 'People used to say that no resignation would come from this government. The world bows, one must be someone who makes it bow.'

Deepak further said, 'Dharmendra Pradhan has resigned. If people are not afraid and do not bow down to this government, then this is proof that anyone's resignation can be obtained. There is no need to be afraid in a democracy.'

Pradhan himself shared a letter on social media, informing about his resignation. The Cockroach Janata Party has reacted after Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation.

The party posted, stating it was a 'victory for the cockroach'. The party has been demonstrating at Jantar Mantar for the past 36 days, demanding Pradhan's resignation. Social activist Sonam Wangchuk also went on a hunger strike here for Pradhan's resignation.
