Washington DC: Former US President Donald Trump delivered his first speech on Friday since the deadly attack on July 13. Trump addressed his supporters at a party convention in Wisconsin.

During his speech, he also accepted the party's nomination for president. This was Trump's longest speech at the party convention since the attack on July 13.

Trump spoke for 92 minutes. On the occasion, he became aggressive on illegal immigrants. Trump compared them to aliens. "Who is getting jobs in America, 107 percent of America's jobs are being grabbed by illegal alien immigrants," Trump said.

Comparing illegal immigrants to movie monsters, Trump even said that it will eat you up. Trump was speaking against illegal immigrants even when he was attacked.

In his speech, Trump also shared his experience of the attack with his supporters. "I may never be able to talk about this again. I am among you today because God was with me that day," Trump said.

"My hands were soaked in blood. But I remained calm even during the shooting. My supporters did not run away from there either. They stood with me. The Secret Service team also did a good job," he said further.
