Interim order issued not to implement KMC decision to ban sales of Tobacco products

KATHMANDU, Dec 15: The Patan High Court has issued an interim order not to implement the decision of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City to ban the sales of Tobacco products.

The joint bench of Judges of Patan High Court Janak Pandey and Brajesh Pyakurel, on Friday, gave the order during the hearing on the writ petition filed by petitioners including the Sriram Tobacco Industry.
