Children first priority: Chair Dahal

Kathmandu,  CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has committed to paying special attention while preparing child-friendly infrastructures in the country. 
While receiving a memorandum from Child Media Centre in the party central office, Chair Dahal, also the former Prime Minister, opined for giving first priority to the children while formulating the policy and programmes from the government side. 
Chair Dahal said, "We prioritize senior citizens and disabled ones while managing the social security allowance." 
The Centre Chair Rabiraj Basaula focused on child rights while introducing policy and programmes in all levels- federal, provincial and local government.
