HoR meeting starts 1 hour late

KATHMANDU, July 10: The House of Representatives meeting has started an hour late that the scheduled time. The meeting scheduled for 3 pm has started at 4 pm in the afternoon.

According to the agreement between the three parties, UML will not obstruct the parliament and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda will address the criticisms of his controversial expression.

Speaker Devraj Ghimire has given UML MP Gokul Baskota the time to speak at the beginning of the meeting.
