Zimbabwe ‘A’ beats Nepal by six wickets
KATHMANDU, May 1: Zimbabwe ‘A’ thrashed Nepal by six wickets in a first match of the T-20 series played at the Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground on Sunday.
Earlier, winning the toss, Zimbabwe ‘A’ had opted to bowl first. Nepal had then set a target of 182 runs for Zimbabwe to win the match.
Chasing the target, Zimbabwe ‘A’ scored 185 runs in 18.5 overs in the loss of four wickets.
Adhil Ansari scored the highest of 47 runs for Nepal followed by Kushal Burthel who hit 46 runs.
