Deliberations on Dahal’s political report ends, delegates begin presenting their report
KATHMANDU, December 29: Deliberations on incumbent Chairman of CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal’s political report ended on Wednesday in the ongoing eighth General Convention of the party currently being held in Kathmandu.
Delegates attending the conference were divided in groups to discuss the political report of Dahal and are presenting their report today.
Each group has been given 15 minutes' time to present their report and have been directed not to present any sort of report excluding Dahal’s report and amendment of the party’s statute.
As many as 25 groups have been formed to discuss the political document entitled ‘Nepali Path toward Socialism in the 21st Century' presented by Chairman Prachanda on Monday.
The party, which inaugurated the Eight General Convention kicked off on Sunday, has been holding the closed-door session since Monday.
