Elected representatives reaching out to voters post elections in Jajarkot

Jajarkot,  Elected representatives have reached out to their voters in the district to extend thanks and celebrate their victory with them. 
An elected representative Shakti Bahadur Basnet of the CPN (Maoist Centre), who won a parliamentary seat from the district and a provincial elected member Ganesh Prasad Singh are in the district visiting the voters at their door steps. "I am back to the voters to thank them for making me victorious. Their suggestions, and cooperation will be valuable for my future endeavour as an elected representative," said Basnet. 
A mass rally was also organised in Thalaha in the district on Wednesday to thank the voters. 
In return, the voters especially women have urged the elected representatives to carry out development activities in the district, ensure a meaningful participation of women in state organs, and make infrastructures women friendly. They have also reminded them of their promises made before the elections.
