Three Indian nationals in isolation tested positive for COVID-19

Kathmandu - Three Indian nationals staying in isolation at Narayani Hospital of Birgunj in Parsa district since suspicion of contracting COVID-019 have been confirmed infected with the virus. The hospital had been keeping 21 suspected ones in the isolation.

Among them three Indian nationals were tested positive for COVID-19 when their nasal and throat swabs were tested again at the National Public Health Laboratory in Kathmandu, according to the Ministry of Health and Population. As per the update of the Ministry, the confirmed COVID-19 infected ones were all males aged 37, 55 and 44.

They had been staying in a mosque at Chapkaiya of Birgunj metropolitan city some while. The Ministry said the contract tracing of those having come across the infected ones has been continued.
