Opposition parties demand immediate winter session of Parliament

Kathmandu, January 17 — Six opposition parties have demanded the government immediately call the winter session of Parliament.
Following a meeting of the opposition parties on Friday, they issued a joint statement warning that they would demand a special session if the government does not initiate the parliamentary session process.
They also warned of strong protests if the government fails to address their demands.
