Kamal Thapa preparing to contest in HoR election from Makwanpur-1

KATHMANDU, Aug 8: The government has already announced to hold the general elections on November 20 later this year.

With the announcement, political parties and leaders are busy preparing themselves for the upcoming polls.

Meanwhile, Chairman of Rastriya Prajatantra Party, Nepal Kamal Thapa is preparing to field his candidacy for the election of House of Representatives (HoR) from Makwanpur-1.

Thapa-led RPP Nepal is likely to forge an electoral alliance with CPN-UML in the upcoming polls.

It is apparent that Thapa will seek UML’s support at Makwanpur-1 and will support UML in other constituencies.
