Students who had earlier missed their COVID-19 vaccine to be administered the vaccine in their schools from Saturday
KATHMANDU, Jan 29: The government has begun administering the COVID-19 vaccine to students at their schools beginning from Saturday.
The vaccination drive will be conducted for five days.
The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has directed the authorities concerned to vaccinate the students aged between 12 to 17, who had earlier missed the vaccination drive, from January 29 to February 3.
The Kathmandu Metropolis has already directed all the children aged between 12 to 17 years to contact or visit their schools to receive the vaccine.
The children of this age group will be administered the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine.
