‘A’ Division League Football: Himalayan Sherpa defeats Machchhindra Club

Kathmandu – Himalayan Sherpa Club has defeated Machchhindra Club, two goals to nil, in the first match of the fourth round games held under the Martyrs Memorial ‘A’ Division League Football Championship today. 
The match was held at the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) complex ground at Satdobato. 


With this, Himalayan Sherpa has climbed to the third position of the league points tally. It has amassed 10 points so far. 
Manang Marsyangdi Club, with 12 points, is in the first place of the points table. Tribhuvan Army Club which has 10 points is in the second place on the basis of goal difference. 


Ashish Gurung and Karna Limbu scored for the Himalayan Sherpa. Ashish scored a goal through a header in the 21st minute of play in the first half while Karna added another goal in the 89th minute. 
Machchhindra Club has two points so far.
