Nepal sets 120-run target for UAE in ACC Premier Cup semi-finals

KATHMANDU: Nepal has given the United Arab Emirates (UAE) a target of 120 runs to chase in the ACC Premier Cup semi-final today.

Choosing to bowl first after winning the toss, UAE invited Nepal to bat. Nepal managed to score 119 runs, losing nine wickets in the process.

Sandeep Jora's knock of 50 runs was crucial for Nepal, with Gulshan Jha and Karan KC also contributing 20 and 17 runs respectively.

The UAE bowlers put up a good show, with Basil Hameed, Muhammad Junaid Siddique, and Ali Naseer taking two wickets each, while Omid Shafi Rahman, Aayan Khan, and M Farooq secured one wicket each.
