Four ordinances published in Nepal Gazette

Kathmandu, January 16 — Four ordinances recommended by the government have been published in the Nepal Gazette, as announced on Thursday.

These ordinances were issued by President Ram Chandra Paudel upon the government's recommendation.

The ordinances include amendments to various laws, such as Ordinance to amend Some Nepal Acts related to Governance and Public Service Delivery, Ordinance to amend Nepal Acts related to Economic Environment and Investment Promotion, Ordinance to amend the Financial Procedures and Fiscal Responsibility (First Amendment), Ordinance to amend the Privatization Act.

These ordinances were first issued on Monday.

In addition, Ordinance to amend Some Nepal Acts related to Land was issued by the president on Wednesday, but it has not yet been published in the Nepal Gazette.

On January 10, the cabinet had recommended the president to issue five ordinances to amend 29 laws.
