Gold smuggling: CIB submits report of vape case
KATHMANDU, Oct 8: The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of the police have submitted the investigation report in the case of the smuggling of gold through electronic cigarette "vape".
Kiran Bajracharya, the AIG of the Central Investigation Bureau, told Ratopati that the investigation report was submitted to the Government Attorney's Office on Sunday.
In the report, the CIB has recommended the Government Attorney's Office to make four people the defendants in the case including former Speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara's son Rahul Mahara, Lokendra Kumar Paudel and Belgian citizen Dawa Tsering. One person recommended as the defendant is absconding.
