LOD minor rape case: LOD's manager and employees released on bail

KATHMANDU, July 26: The manager of LOD (Lord of the Drinks) club Sahadev Sedhai and the employee working at the counter, Sapana Dhungana, have been released on bail.

Kathmandu District Police Range DSP, Anil Adhikari, told Ratopati that both of them were released after paying a bond of Rs 100,000 per the order of the District Court.

Earlier, Manager Sedhai and 2 others were arrested by the police for allowing a 15-year-old girl to enter the club on the 13th of June.

A 15-year-old minor who went to the LOD club was raped by 50-year-old Sudan Koirala from Pokhara, who took her to his room in Lalitpur on the 14th of June. Koirala is currently detained in Lalitpur District Police Range.
