NA meeting sitting today, opposition party firm about obstructing meeting

KATHMANDU, July 6: The National Assembly meeting has been called for 1 pm today.

Earlier on Wednesday, yesterday, the meeting which was called at 2:30 pm was adjourned for half an hour and convened at 3:00 pm. However, when the main opposition party, CPN-UML, maintained its stance that the parliament will be obstructed until Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ resigns, the meeting was called for today.
