Rescue operations underway in Kuleshwor amid severe flooding (photos)

Kathmandu, September 28 — The Kuleshwor area of Kathmandu has been flooded due to continuous rainfall. Nepal Police, the Nepal Army, and the Armed Police Force have started rescue operations for those trapped in the flood.
