National Assembly meeting sitting today

KATHMANDU, July 3: The National Assembly meeting under the Federal Parliament is sitting at 1:01 pm today.

The agenda in the meeting today includes the Chairman of the National Assembly, Ganesh Prasad Timilsina, informing about the allocation of responsibilities of the Cabinet members received from the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers, discussions on various titles of the Appropriation Bill 2080 related to the Ministry of Forest and Environment, Ministry of Women, Children and Senior Citizens, Ministry of Youth and Sports, Ministry of Urban Development, and Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, the Education, Science and Technology Minister Ashok Kumar Rai presenting a proposal for discussion on the report of the Legislation Management Committee along with a discussion of Nepal University Bill, 2079 and proposing the Nepal University Bill 2079 be passed.
