Fake Bhutanese Refugee Case: Detention hearing from today

KATHMANDU, June 4: The detention hearing of the accused who are involved in the fake Bhutanese refugee case is starting today. After all the 18 arrested defendants gave their statements, the detention hearing is going to start today. After the detention hearing, a decision will be taken gradually about whether or not to send the accused to trial.

The testimony of the 18 defendants was taken by Justice Prem Prasad Neupane of the Kathmandu District Court which was completed on Friday.
