Bajura–The District Police Office, Bajura has cleaned up huge cache of marijuana farming in the district. Marijuana planted in 27 ropanis of land was destroyed at the directive of District Police Office Chief and DSP Uddhav Singh Bhat.
A team deputed from the District Police Office, Martadi destroyed marijuana cultivated in 14 ropanis at Badhimalika municipality-1 Pata while another team from Police Post Dogadi brushed off marijuana planted in 6 ropanis at Chhededaha rural municipality-4, Dogadi.
Likewise, police team from Kunna cleaned up marijuana farming cultivated in one ropani at Jagannath rural municipality-1, Piluchaur, informed District Police Office Chief Bhat.
Likewise, other police teams destroyed marijuana farming in Himali rural municipality-5, Jagannath rural municipality-2, Juddi and Boldig. The district has seen huge production of marijuana and smuggling of hashish outside. ---
