Muglin-Narayangadh Road Blocked by Dry Landslide

Chitwan. The road traffic has been completely obstructed due to a dry landslide near Khahare Khola on the Muglin-Narayangadh road section.

The road has been blocked on both sides after a dry landslide suddenly occurred at Khahare Khola near Muglin at 8:50 AM today, Tuesday, according to the Road Division Bharatpur. Hundreds of vehicles and thousands of passengers traveling on this route have been stopped midway due to the road obstruction.

The work to clear the landslide has already started to open the obstructed road. According to the concerned bodies, the necessary machinery and manpower have been mobilized at the scene.

It has been informed that the road will be completely cleared and traffic will be resumed within approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes as the work to clear the landslide is progressing rapidly. Traffic police have requested the general public traveling to be patient and proceed only after understanding the road conditions.
