Opposition Parties to Register Attention Motion on Disaster Management in National Assembly

Kathmandu. Opposition parties are registering an attention motion of public importance in the National Assembly regarding disaster management. 

The attention motion will be registered in the National Assembly at 11 AM on the proposal of the Nepali Congress, the largest party in the National Assembly, to draw the attention of the Home Minister, informed Chief Whip of the National Assembly of the Congress, Padam Pariyar.  

Pariyar informed that the main opposition Congress's proposal regarding the government's preparedness in monsoon-induced disaster management will be registered with the support of opposition parties UML, Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Centre), and Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Nepal.
