Body Recovered After Man Jumps From Cliff in Parbat

Parbat. The body of a person who jumped from a cliff in Banjisaiid, Kushma Municipality-5, Parbat, has been recovered by the Armed Police. The deceased has been identified as Dipendra Nepali, approximately 33 years old, from Narayansthan, Baglung Municipality-14. He had jumped from the cliff around 9 PM on the evening of Shrawan 4. An armed police team from Nepal No. 25 Chandika Battalion, Parbat, conducted a search immediately after the incident but could not find him. This morning, a team from the same battalion, including members trained in disaster management, located his body around 7:15 AM, informed DSP Shailendra Thapa. The team recovered the body using the rope rescue method from approximately 130 meters down the cliff, a process that took about 35 minutes. It is reported that he jumped from the cliff due to a common domestic dispute.
