Iran Claims Strikes on US Military Targets in Kuwait and Jordan

Iran has claimed to have struck US military targets in Kuwait and Jordan in retaliation for American attacks. This was mentioned in a military statement broadcast by Iranian state television on Saturday.

According to the statement, the ammunition storage center at Al-Adiri camp in Kuwait, the headquarters building of Ali Al-Salem military base, ammunition depots, and communication infrastructure were targeted.

Similarly, Iranian state media reported that fuel storage tanks at the Al-Azraq military base in Jordan were also attacked.

Meanwhile, the Kuwaiti army stated that sounds of explosions were heard as its air defense system intercepted hostile targets.

Bahrain's Interior Ministry also confirmed that sirens were sounded on Saturday as a warning of air strikes. The US Navy's Fifth Fleet is stationed in Bahrain.
