Karnali Province Ministers Resign

Birendranagar. Nepali Congress ministers participating in the government in Karnali Province have resigned. Economic Affairs and Planning Minister Rajib Bikram Shah, Social Minister Ghanshyam Bhandari, Water Resources and Energy Minister Vijaya Buda, and Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment Minister Suresh Adhikari jointly submitted their resignations. They became ministers in Ashoj 081. There were continuous questions within the party about their performance. However, Chief Minister Yamlal Kandel has not yet approved them. Sources told Ratopati that approval is pending as the Chief Minister is in a cabinet meeting. Congress Parliamentary Party leader Jeevan Bahadur Shahi also told Ratopati that Congress ministers have resigned.
