Three Arrested in Mahottari Robbery Case

Mahottari. Police have arrested three people on charges of armed robbery in Khakhana village of Sonama Rural Municipality-3 on June 3. Those arrested include 21-year-old Aproj Shesh, 24-year-old Shesh Barik from Samsi Rural Municipality-6, and Krishnakumar Mestri from Gaushala Municipality-5. The gang of robbers, including the three arrested, shot and injured the couple, local Ramvishwas Yadav's daughter Kiran Yadav in the leg twice and son-in-law Ishwarnarayan Yadav in the right hand once while they were sleeping in their house. The health condition of the injured Yadav couple is currently normal. The District Police Office has publicly presented the accused in a press conference today. Police said that the search for other absconding accused involved in this incident is ongoing.
