National Assembly Chairman Directs Government to Respond to MPs' Questions

Kathmandu. National Assembly Chairman Narayan Prasad Dahal has ruled that the government should answer the questions raised by the members of the National Assembly. Chairman Dahal gave such instructions to the ministers of the federal government in the National Assembly meeting on Monday.  

‘I instruct all honorable ministers of the Government of Nepal to answer in the assembly the issues raised by the honorable members in the National Assembly meeting during the emergency time, zero hour, special time, and provincial concern time,’ Chairman Dahal said while instructing in the meeting.  

Before that, in today's meeting, the Nepali Congress and the Communist Party of Nepal had objected, stating that the government did not answer the public's questions raised during the zero hour.
