Lumbini Province Assembly Meeting Scheduled for Budget Discussion

Rupandehi. The Lumbini Province Assembly meeting is scheduled to convene at 1 PM on Monday. This tenth meeting, part of the eighth session, has a set agenda for a theoretical discussion on the annual estimate of revenue and expenditure (budget) for the fiscal year 2083/084. 

According to the Province Assembly Secretariat, the Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning, Dhanendra Karki, will present a proposal for a theoretical discussion on the budget. Members of the Province Assembly will then express their views on the proposal. The Secretariat has stated that Minister Karki will respond to the questions and queries raised by the MPs during the discussion. Additionally, in today's meeting, Minister Karki will also present the 'Bill to Make Provisions for Spending and Allocating Certain Amounts from the Province Consolidated Fund for Services and Works of the Fiscal Year 2083/084' to the assembly.
