MP Harka Raj Rai Demands Rs 10 Crore for Dharan Projects from Minister Mahabir Pun

Kathmandu. Chairperson of Shram Sanskriti Party and Member of Parliament Harka Raj Rai has demanded funds from Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation Mahabir Pun to complete various projects in Dharan. 

Writing a letter to the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation on Friday, MP Rai stated that there is no budget for the construction of a provincial-level NAST National Academy of Science Technology building in Fokland, Ward No. 17 of Dharan Metropolitan City, and demanded at least 10 crore rupees or an allocated budget from the unallocated budget for the construction of the building under construction. 

He also demanded allocation of necessary budget for the purchase of equipment required for the Dharan Innovation/Invention Center (located inside Purwanchal Engineering Campus) to be completed within this financial year, and to establish a model Laboratory near the Ward Office of Dharan-20 and generate electricity. Mahabir Pun is the Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation.
