Janmat Party Decides to Hold General Convention in November

Kathmandu. Janmat Party has decided to hold its general convention in November. The party's three-day meeting finalized the date of the convention.

The general convention will be held on October 9 and 10 of the coming year, said Janmat Party Vice-President Narendra Chaudhary. Although the date of the convention has been set, the location has not been decided.

Janmat Party also reviewed the election held on February 21 through its meeting. Janmat Party could not win a single seat in the election.

Vice-President Chaudhary said, 'It is difficult to review the failure of this election. Balen factor worked the most in the election. Along with that, Theory of Conspiracy also worked.'

He said that the people also gave votes to the old parties in the election because they wanted change. He stated that internal weaknesses within the party were also responsible for the party's weakness in the election.

Representatives from various districts gave district-specific reports and suggestions in the meeting. He said that the party will move forward based on that.

The meeting decided to amend the party's constitution. It has been decided to consult with everyone in the party regarding this.
