Karnali Province Cabinet Approves Various Decisions for Administrative and Development Management

Surkhet. The Karnali Province Council of Ministers has made various decisions to streamline the administrative and development management of the province. The meeting held at the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, Birendranagar, at 9:00 AM today made decisions ranging from bill drafting to administrative restructuring.

The meeting has provided theoretical approval to draft the 'Karnali Province Monitoring and Evaluation Bill'. Similarly, the 'Management Test Directive, 2083' has also been approved to improve administrative work style.

The meeting decided to change the names of various directorates of the province and abolish the former training centers. The work previously done by these training centers will now be carried out by the 'Karnali Province Training Institute'. The government has also decided to assign additional responsibility to Province Secretary Laxmikumar Bik to work as the executive director of the same institute.

To systematize the province's agricultural sector, the 'Karnali Province Seed and Seedlings Regulations, 2083' has been approved. Likewise, the meeting has also approved the 'Road Maintenance Directive, 2083' to ensure the sustainability of roads and timely maintenance.
