Rastriya Swatantra Party Announces District Convention Schedule Nationwide

Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has made public its convention schedule for all 77 districts across the country. For the strengthening of the party's organization and selection of new leadership, RSP has published a schedule for conventions to be held on Saturday and Sunday in most districts across the country.

The convention of Bara district, where there is a dispute, has been set for Jestha 26. Conventions will be held in the major districts of all seven provinces. Tomorrow, conventions will be held in 8 districts of Koshi Province including Jhapa, Morang, Sunsari, 2 districts of Madhesh including Mahottari and Rautahat, and 10 districts of Bagmati including Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Nuwakot.

Similarly, a schedule has been set for selecting new leadership in 5 districts of Gandaki, 8 districts of Lumbini, 2 districts of Karnali, and 3 districts of Sudurpashchim.

On the second day, Jestha 24, conventions will be held in 4 districts of Koshi, 4 districts of Madhesh, Chitwan, Lalitpur and Rasuwa of Bagmati, 4 districts of Gandaki, 3 districts of Lumbini, 6 districts of Karnali, and 6 districts of Sudurpashchim including Achham, Kailali, Kanchanpur, informed Chief of the Central Election Commission Bhuwan KC.

According to KC, the convention of Bara district in Madhesh Province will be completed on Jestha 26 as per the special schedule. Election committees have been formed in all 77 districts to complete the convention, said Chief KC.
