Nepal Cricket Team to Tour Jersey for World Cup League-2 Preparation

Kathmandu. The Nepali national cricket team is going to tour Jersey for the preparation of the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League-2. The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) issued a press release on Wednesday, informing that the Nepali team is going to Jersey as a preparation for the triangular series to be held in the Netherlands in July 2026. The League-2 series to be held in the Netherlands will include host Netherlands, Nepal, and Namibia. The press release issued by CAN Secretary Paras Khadka mentions that the Nepali team will hold a special preparation camp in Jersey to further strengthen the preparation for the important competition. During the tour, the Nepali team will also play two One Day matches with the home team Jersey along with the preparation camp. Both these matches will be conducted at Jersey's NCC Grainville ground. According to the schedule released by CAN, the first One Day match between Nepal and Jersey will be held on July 13. Similarly, the team will play the second and final One Day match with Jersey on July 15.
