Chinese President Xi Jinping States West Asia at Decisive Juncture, Proposes 4-Point Peace Plan

Beijing. Chinese President Xi Jinping has said that the situation in West Asia has reached a decisive stage. He said that the situation there is now in a phase of transition from war to peace. 

According to Chinese state media, Xi Jinping said that it is extremely important to end this conflict. He stated that the resumption of war is unacceptable.

“I have a 4-point proposal to maintain and promote peace and stability in West Asia. This will strengthen international consensus, reduce tension, mitigate conflict, and promote peace.” The Chinese state news agency Xinhua reported, quoting Xi Jinping.

Xi's 4-point proposal was presented last month during a meeting with the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi. It emphasizes peaceful coexistence, national sovereignty, respect for international law, and a coordinated approach between development and security.
