Landless and Unorganized Settlers Protest in Surkhet

Surkhet. Landless squatters and unorganized settlers of Surkhet have taken to protest. They have come out in protest saying that they are being removed without alternative arrangements. On Friday, around 12 noon, they paraded through the market from Mangalgadhi Chowk in Birendranagar. During that time, their statement was - if there is proper management, we are ready to cooperate with the government ourselves. But they say that if they are forcibly removed, they will resist.
