Bagmati Province Government to Implement Online Complaint System for Problematic Cooperatives from July 17

Kathmandu. The Bagmati Province Government has decided to implement an online system for filing complaints from July 17 to further streamline the process of returning savings from problematic cooperatives. 

Speaking at the launch program for the return of savings on Tuesday, Bagmati Province Government's Minister for Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Binu Rayamajhi Poudel, provided this information. 

She stated that complaints can be filed online from the upcoming July 17, and after investigating the complaints, the process of returning savings to depositors will be advanced. She also clarified that the government will continue to move forward with the return of cooperative savings.

Speaking at the program, she said, 'The provincial government will continue to move forward with the return of cooperative savings. Therefore, we want to request all cooperative victim citizens to wait patiently.' She stated that a system is being put in place to file complaints against problematic cooperatives online.

She added, 'We are making arrangements to file complaints online from the upcoming July 17. After filing complaints online, the victim will receive their savings back after the necessary study.'

Minister Poudel also informed that the work of returning savings of depositors of problematic cooperatives will be conducted as a campaign.
