Boney Kapoor Denies Marriage Rumors of Daughter Janhvi Kapoor and Shikhar Pahariya

Mumbai. Father and film producer Boney Kapoor has spoken about the rumors that Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor and her boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya will get married this year.

Boney has completely denied the news that Janhvi and Shikhar are preparing to get married by the end of 2026, which has been reported in Indian media.

Some reports had even claimed that this couple was going to get married in a grand traditional ceremony in Jamnagar, Gujarat in the coming September or October. Responding to a question about these speculations, Boney Kapoor directly replied, 'No, there is no truth to this.'

Shikhar Pahariya has been close to the Kapoor family for a long time. He is seen not only with Janhvi but also at the Kapoor family's private events, holiday destinations, and various temples.

Janhvi herself hinted at being in a romantic relationship in an episode of 'Koffee with Karan' last April. The names of these two have been discussed since before Janhvi stepped into Bollywood, i.e., since 2016. Although they separated for some time, they have been seen together in public places for the last few years.

While talking in a podcast recently, Janhvi spoke openly about her love and partner. Without naming Shikhar, she said that her relationship makes her feel secure. Janhvi said, 'Love makes you feel secure. Because of his presence, I no longer feel helpless like before.'

She said that she can be like a small child and enjoy herself in this relationship and that she is happiest when she is with him. According to Janhvi, this love has greatly helped her to be her true self. Although father Boney has denied the marriage news for now, Janhvi and Shikhar's deep love affair is constantly gaining attention in Bollywood.
