'Welcome to the Jungle' Earns Impressive Box Office Debut

New Delhi. 'Welcome to the Jungle' has made an impressive start at the box office on its first day of release. The comedy film, directed by Ahmed Khan and starring Akshay Kumar, has earned approximately 16 crore Indian Rupees net on its first day in India. Including the 3.75 crore Rupees from limited paid previews, the total first-day India collection has reached approximately 19 crore Rupees.

Globally, the film has managed to gross over 29 crore Rupees on its first day.

The film features popular actors such as Sunil Shetty, Paresh Rawal, Jacqueline Fernandez, Disha Patani, Arshad Warsi, Raveena Tandon, along with Akshay Kumar. The large ensemble cast and the audience's old attraction towards the 'Welcome' franchise are considered to have given the film an excellent start.

However, the film has received mixed reactions from critics and audiences. While many have praised the comedy scenes and the return of old characters, some have commented that the storyline is relatively weak.
