Six Armed Police Force SSPs Recommended for Promotion to DIG

Kathmandu. Six Senior Superintendents of Police (SSP) of the Armed Police Force have been recommended for promotion to the rank of Deputy Inspector General (DIG). The promotion committee, which met on Friday, published the list of recommendations for DIG promotion. 

Digbijaya Subedi has been recommended for promotion at the first position. The meeting of the promotion committee, led by the Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs, has recommended Kiran Basnet, Madhav Prasad Poudel, Pravin Kandel, Rajesh Upreti, and Netra Bahadur Karki for promotion to DIG.
