TR Bhandari Elected Unopposed as President of Hotel Entrepreneurs Federation Nepal

Kathmandu. TR Bhandari (Shankar) has been elected unopposed as the president of the Hotel Entrepreneurs Federation Nepal during its fifth general convention. The convention, held in Pokhara, Gandaki Province, successfully elected a new working committee under the leadership of TR Bhandari (Shankar).

The entire working committee was elected unopposed during the convention. Newly elected President Bhandari expressed his gratitude to all representatives, senior entrepreneurs, and supporters, pledging to lead the federation as a transparent, accountable, and member-centric organization. He stated that he would prioritize policy reforms, the creation of an investment-friendly environment, and the protection of entrepreneurs' rights to make the tourism and hotel sector more competitive and organized.

The federation has been playing a significant role in integrating hotel entrepreneurs across the country, advocating for policies, developing capacity, and promoting tourism.

With the new leadership, there are expectations for increased momentum in digital transformation, collaboration in infrastructure development, and the production of skilled human resources. Tourism stakeholders have expressed confidence that the new working committee will strengthen coordination between the private sector and the government, contributing positively to regional development.
