Subisu Limited Partners with APv6 Council to Advance Digital Infrastructure in Nepal

Kathmandu. A significant collaboration agreement has been signed between Nepal's internet service provider Subisu Limited and the APv6 Council, an organization active in promoting IPv6 in the Asia-Pacific region. The memorandum of understanding was signed during a special ceremony held at Hotel Radisson on Thursday, the first day of the fourth APv6 Council Meet in Kathmandu.

The agreement, expected to add a new chapter to Nepal's digital infrastructure development, was signed by Subisu Limited CEO Binay Mohan Saud and APv6 Council Chairman Prof. Emeritus Dr. Sureswaran Ramadass. This partnership is expected to establish Nepal as a hub for technology discourse in the Asia-Pacific region.

Under the agreement, the two organizations will collaborate on technical knowledge sharing, expert exchange, joint research and publications, and mutual promotion. With this understanding, Subisu has also obtained institutional membership in the APv6 Council. This will provide technical leadership to Nepali internet service providers for the successful integration of IPv6 into international-standard networking and telecommunications infrastructure.

Subisu CEO Saud stated that it is a matter of pride to enter into such a significant partnership during an international technology conference. He noted that this agreement will act as a bridge to connect the Nepali technology sector with the global stage.

The APv6 Council, as the Asia-Pacific chapter of the global IPv6 Forum, has been playing a leading role in the expansion of networking technology in the region.
