Kathmandu. In the ninth match of the Indian Premier League 2026, Rajasthan Royals registered a thrilling 6-run victory over Gujarat Titans. Chasing a massive target of 211 runs, Gujarat Titans could only manage 204 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in their allotted 20 overs.

Rajasthan Royals, who were put in to bat after losing the toss, made an aggressive start to post a total of 210 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. For Rajasthan, Dhruv Jurel played an explosive innings, scoring 75 runs off just 42 balls. Similarly, opening batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal added 55 runs off 36 balls, while Vaibhav Suryavanshi contributed 31 runs off 18 balls.

In the bowling department for Gujarat, Kagiso Rabada took 2 wickets for 42 runs in his 4 overs. Ashok Sharma and Rashid Khan each claimed 1 wicket.

Chasing the massive target of 211 runs, Sai Sudharsan played a brilliant innings of 73 runs off 44 balls for Gujarat, but could not lead the team to victory.
