Sunrisers Hyderabad Secure Dominant 65-Run Victory Over Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2026

Kathmandu. In the match held on Thursday under the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026, Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by a wide margin of 65 runs.

Batting first after winning the toss, Sunrisers Hyderabad posted a massive total of 226 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. For Hyderabad, Heinrich Klaasen played a half-century innings of 52 runs off 35 balls. Similarly, Abhishek Sharma scored 48 runs off 21 balls and Travis Head played an explosive innings of 46 runs off 21 balls.

In bowling, Kolkata's Blessing Muzarabani took the most wickets, conceding 41 runs in 4 overs. Vaibhav Arora took 2 wickets and Anukul Roy took 1 wicket.
