Sarlahi Land Office Services Halted as Professionals Protest 'Middleman' Label

Sarlahi. Land service users and legal documentation professionals have launched a protest after the government restricted their entry into offices, labeling them as 'middlemen.' Documentation professionals in Hariban, Sarlahi, have completely halted services at the Land Revenue and Survey offices. 

All documentation professionals in Hariban have taken to the streets, claiming the government has insulted them by labeling them as middlemen without cause and prohibiting their entry into office premises. 

Protesting under the slogan 'We are not middlemen,' they have completely shut down their shutters. With the professionals halting work, all operations related to land administration at the Land Revenue and Survey offices have been affected.

Local documentation professional Krishna Bhandari stated that restricting their entry into the office is unjust. 'It is unfair for the government to label professionals who work according to the law as middlemen and ban them from entering the office. We have been forced to close our shutters and protest in opposition to this,' he said. 

With the professionals shutting down their shutters and halting service delivery, the general public who arrived at the Land Revenue and Survey offices for land transactions, registration, and release services have been left in distress. The professionals maintain that their protest will continue until their respectful presence is acknowledged and a conducive environment is created.
