RPP Leader Resigns Taking Moral Responsibility for Poor Election Performance in Sindhupalchok

Kathmandu. A leader of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has resigned from his post, taking moral responsibility for the party's candidates failing to secure significant votes in the recent elections. Badri Prasad Chaulagai, a former central member of the RPP and currently the Ward Chairman of Ward No. 1 of Melamchi Municipality in Sindhupalchok, announced his resignation.

Chaulagai informed the Chairman of the Melamchi Municipal Committee about his resignation via social media.

In the last House of Representatives election, RPP's Gopi Krishna Chaulagai was a candidate in Constituency No. 2 of Sindhupalchok. He received 1681 votes.
